Mark not only directly and efficiently took care of our home repair, but he came way under our budget and way under his initial bid.  When does that happen?  We had thought we had no choice in making these repairs but to go with a big, advertised company who would get to us when they could & charge us what they wanted.  Believing there had to be another choice, we called Mark.  Mark was optimistic and assuring from the beginning.   As a mother and a wife, I care for my family best by coordinating household needs as our budget allows.  The fact that Mark took care of the problem the same day I called was fantastic.  He responded quickly, not only because of my concern about the repair but also because he knew it would be helpful to our family to have everything put back before the kids got home from school.  Then, because Mark is very creative, he analyzed the problem and figured a better way to make the repair so he saved on supplies he needed AND then passed that savings on to us.  That is a man of integrity!  At our most vulnerable time (letting someone in our home, and pricing a repair that had to be made), you can imagine how reassuring it was to end the day with someone trustworthy having been in our home, our budget being honored, and the job done well, all in time for my children to be sleeping in their own beds that night!  What value could we put on having Mark in our lives?  We will call Mark every time from now on.
